Health Center Administrator

Position Summary Sea Mar Community Health Centers, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) founded in 1978, is seeking a mission‑driven Health Center Administrator to lead the operations of our medical and dental clinics. The Administrator will ensure high‑quality, integrated care for underserved communities while advancing health equity, access, and service excellence. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily clinic operations, financial stewardship, staff leadership, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance. Partner closely with clinical leadership to create a collaborative, patient‑centered environment for multidisciplinary teams. Balance operational discipline with compassion to ensure strong productivity and financial sustainability. Protect the patient experience and support ongoing staff development. Advance health equity, access, and service excellence across medical and dental clinics. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required (health administration or related field preferred). Healthcare leadership experience in an ambulatory or community health setting. Strong financial oversight and quality improvement experience. Demonstrated commitment to health equity and serving underserved populations. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Must be vaccinated for COVID‑19 and influenza as required by Sea Mar policies. Compensation & Benefits Starting Wage: $85,000.00 Annual (Salary Plan). Work schedule: Monday– Friday with some weekend work.
