Responsibilities Build strong relationships, network effectively, and demonstrate a track record of winning new business. Apply life sciences sector knowledge to recruitment activities and candidate/client engagements. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve recruitment targets and deliver high-quality talent solutions. Maintain a strong awareness of market dynamics within life sciences to source and place candidates efficiently. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in full 360 recruitment within life sciences. Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships and a proactive business development mindset. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach. Willingness to work in-office 4 days a week. Salary and Benefits Salary: $55k - $130k base (dependent on calibre, approach and experience level).
