Located in Grants Pass, OR
Salary: $25+ DOE We are seeking experienced Commercial Carpenters to support a large-scale renovation of a multi-unit apartment complex. This role involves working on occupied and vacant units, completing high-quality finish and rough carpentry while maintaining safety, efficiency, and professionalism in an active job site environment. Key Responsibilities- Perform rough and finish carpentry in apartment units and common areas
- Install framing, blocking, doors, windows, cabinets, trim, and fixtures
- Complete unit turns and remodel scopes, including kitchens, bathrooms, and interiors
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision
- Work alongside other trades (plumbing, electrical, drywall, etc.) to meet project timelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, especially in occupied units
- Identify and report job site issues or material needs to supervisors
- Ensure work meets quality standards, building codes, and project specifications
- 2+ years of commercial or residential carpentry experience (multi-family remodel preferred)
- Strong skills in both rough and finish carpentry
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Experience working in occupied spaces is a plus
- Ability to read blueprints and tape measure accurately
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
- Full-time, typically Monday-Friday (some overtime may be required based on project needs)
