Job Title: Biscuit Baker / Production BakerLocation: Walkers Famous Breakfast (Excalibur Casino Food Court) Company: Feel Good Brands  Position SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and reliable Baker to lead the production of our signature biscuits for a fast-growing breakfast sandwich concept. This role is critical to delivering a consistent, high-quality product that defines our brand. The ideal candidate has experience in scratch baking, thrives in an early-morning production environment, and takes pride in craftsmanship and consistency.Be part of building a new breakfast concept from the ground up. This is an opportunity to have a direct impact on the product, the process, and the success of a brand centered around quality and simplicity.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, mix, and bake biscuits from scratch according to company recipes and standardsEnsure consistent product quality, texture, flavor, and appearanceManage daily production schedules to meet volume demandsMonitor ingredient levels and communicate ordering needsMaintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen environmentFollow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulationsAssist in testing and refining recipes as the concept evolvesWork collaboratively with kitchen and operations teams to ensure smooth serviceQualifications2+ years of baking experience (scratch baking preferred)Experience with high-volume production environments is a plusStrong understanding of baking techniques, dough handling, and ingredient functionalityAbility to follow recipes precisely and maintain consistencyMust have a current SNHD Food Handlers Card (Nevada Health Card) Early morning availability (including weekends and holidays as needed)Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbsStrong attention to detail and work ethicPreferred QualificationsExperience with biscuits, bread, or quick-service restaurant conceptsCulinary or pastry training (formal or equivalent hands-on experience)Experience opening or scaling a new food concept Why You will Love Working for Feel Good Brands:  At Feel Good Brands, we believe in taking care of our team just as much as we take care of our guests.
