Project Manager

Responsibilities Oversee and manage commercial construction projects from start to finish Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines Coordinate and communicate project progress to all stakeholders Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and RFIs Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with plans and specifications Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations on the job site Provide leadership and guidance to project team members Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in construction management or related field (preferred) Proven experience as a Commercial Project Manager or similar role Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, etc. Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively #J-18808-Ljbffr
