Requirements **Required for presentation: must have actual state license board certification in hand, and LA DEA and CS in hand. ** 12 ED Beds 149 bed hospital 28k annual ED volume CT, Nuclear Med, Lab, MRI, ICU, PT, Ultrasound, Cardiac Cath Lab Backup: ENT, Pediatrics, Cardiology, Ortho, IM, Radiology, FP, Pathology, Surgery, Pulm, Oncology, Hematology PROVIDERS NEEDED (#FT or #PT - # of shifts to cover) 3 FT MD MINIMUM # of SHIFTS ACCEPTABLE 3 CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS - Will accept ABEM, AOBEM, ABFM, ABIM, ABPS or other BCs? FNP - ANCC, AANP or other BCs? BC EM/FM/IM with 2 years EM experience Will the facility accept alternative boards? ABPS? No RESIDENCY TRAINED REQUIREMENTS EM/FM/IM ATLS, ACLS, PALS, BALS Required?
