Guide case conceptualization, diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapy. Promote ethical practice, clinical documentation, risk assessment, and crisis intervention. Lead clinical consultation, staff training, and professional development. Support clinician performance, growth, and retention. Partner with leadership on clinical quality, team culture, and program development. Maintain a full-time clinical caseload alongside supervisory duties. Growth Opportunities Develop clinical supervision, training, and mentorship programs. Participate in community outreach, provider networking, and educational presentations. Build specialty mental health programs and behavioral health services. Create mental health education content for social media. Advance into clinical management and leadership as we expand across Maryland, Washington, DC, and Delaware. Qualifications Master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field. Active Maryland license for independent clinical practice: LCPC, LCSW-C, or Licensed Psychologist. Meets applicable Maryland requirements for clinical supervision. Experience in clinical supervision, therapist mentoring, or behavioral health consultation preferred. Knowledge of clinical ethics, diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, documentation, and risk management. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
