TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Endoscopy RN in Wichita, Kansas, 67214!

Job Title: RN - Endoscopy Profession: RN Specialty: Endoscopy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 10.5 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of acute care Endoscopy RN experience License: Current RN License Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Minimum 1 year current acute care Endoscopy RN experience Ability to work independently with little supervision Ability to work as part of a team intraoperatively Description: Travel RN position in Endoscopy. Work hours are from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. The unit has 9 beds with an average staffing of 11 full-time and part-time staff, along with 2 PRN staff. A typical day consists of 6-7 RNs and 2 techs. Patient ratios are 2:1 for intra-op teams and 1:2 for pre/post-op care. Utilizes Olympus endoscopes and supports Meditech EMR. Typical procedures include EGD, Colonoscopy, ERCP, EUS, and EBUS. Experience in manual cleaning and high-level disinfection of endoscopes is necessary. Preferred experience includes PACU, circulating, and tech procedures. Additional shifts may include call shifts during the week and weekends. The team handles high-acuity patients with specialized procedures. The position offers a collaborative work environment. Expected to demonstrate strong infection control practices.
