Project ManagerA well-established engineering, construction, and energy solutions organization is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex commercial and institutional projects from preconstruction through completion. This role is responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, client relationships, and project execution while ensuring exceptional quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.A successful Project Manager should have:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred.5+ years of project management experience in mechanical construction, HVAC, MEP, energy services, or related construction disciplines.Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.Experience managing commercial, healthcare, education, industrial, or government facility projects preferred.Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000.Comprehensive benefits offered.
