- Providing quality services to all patients regardless of their ability to pay or health insurance status and especially committed to providing services for the medically underserved and ensuring that patients have access to the highest quality patient care
- Comprehensive benefits package - health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and more
- $215,000 - $250,000 / Year
- $2,500 incentive ability quarterly
- $3,000 per year to pay for CME courses and 40 hours per year to attend CME courses. This can be used towards licenses, state fees, exams, and any education needed towards licensure.
- Annual merits of 3% that are increases based on annual performance reviews
- Additional life insurance to $500,000 and additional portable LTD
- Company match on the 403B that is 2% of up to 4% of your annual salary
- Attached benefits
- 39 days of paid time off
- 100% paid malpractice
- The ability to apply for loan forgiveness or repayment programs
- No weekends - Monday-Friday
- Working with wonderful collaborative staff including NPs and ancillary staff
- Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine Degree
- Board-certified in Family Medicine Physician
- Must comply with and maintain all requirements for a valid, unrestricted license in the state of desired employment, or in any U.S. state or territory
- Current certification in Basic Life Support
- Current, unrestricted Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration
