Technical Support Specialist II — Desktop & Network Help

New England Life Care, Inc.

New England Life Care, Inc. seeks a Technical Support Specialist II to ensure smooth computer operations for end users at Concord, NH. You will handle help requests via phone, email, or in person, document issues, and guide users through solutions. Responsibilities include desktop fixes, account management for new hires, vendor coordination, and end-user training.
