Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Integration Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce Architecture, MuleSoft integrations, Agentforce solutions, and AWS Connect .

The ideal candidate will lead enterprise-scale solution design, integration strategy, cloud architecture, DevSecOps alignment, and customer engagement transformation initiatives.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role requiring strong solution governance, architecture skills, integration expertise, advanced troubleshooting, and close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce enterprise architectures across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud , and custom Salesforce platform solutions.
• Lead MuleSoft API-led connectivity initiatives, integration architecture, and enterprise data exchange strategies.
• Design and optimize AWS Connect contact center solutions integrated with Salesforce Service Cloud and omnichannel workflows.
• Develop Agentforce-enabled automation and AI-driven customer engagement strategies.
• Provide architectural oversight for CI/CD, DevSecOps, deployment governance, and environment management .
• Analyze legacy applications and map or transfer legacy system functionality into Salesforce solutions.
• Define integration patterns, security standards, architecture principles, and Salesforce platform best practices.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, QA teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Support production deployments, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and performance optimization.
• Develop technical architecture documents, system diagrams, interface specifications, and operational runbooks.
• Guide remote teams and contractors and conduct technical design reviews and mentoring.
• Participate in backlog grooming, effort estimation, and right-sizing of development efforts .
• Provide backup support to developers and assist with advanced coding and integration issues.
• Support release management and DevSecOps pipeline development .
• Contribute to data architecture decisions and data governance for AI and non-AI applications .
• Support enterprise digital transformation and customer engagement modernization initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce platform architecture and development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Flow, Integration Patterns, and Salesforce Security Model .
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform .
• Strong knowledge of APIs, RAML, DataWeave, API-led connectivity, and integration orchestration .
• Experience integrating AWS Connect with Salesforce Service Cloud or customer engagement platforms.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce architecture , conversational AI, automation, and AI-driven workflows.
• Experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD, and deployment automation .
• Experience with Gearset, Azure DevOps, Git , and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, identity management, authentication, authorization, and enterprise integration standards.
• Strong enterprise solution architecture and technical governance experience.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, technical leadership, and problem-solving skills.
