Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It: We’re on the hunt for a Field Manager who thrives in dynamic environments, loves a good challenge, and can lead a team to victory (or at least to an expertly executed retail transformation!). In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind project execution, coaching Team Leads, supporting Project Managers, and making sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine. Leadership & Motivation: You inspire teams, provide training, and set clear expectations for success. Problem-Solving Mastery: You see roadblocks as exciting puzzles to solve. People Whisperer: You know how to build rapport with clients, colleagues, and teams alike. Organization Extraordinaire: Juggling multiple projects? No problem—you keep everything on track. Tech-Savvy Thinker: Project management software (like Cruxos), Microsoft Excel, and industry databases? You’ve got this! Lead on-site teams in retail construction projects, from fixture installation to merchandising. Build strong client relationships and ensure their vision comes to life. Keep track of operational metrics and develop smarter, more efficient ways to work. Communicate like a pro—whether it’s resolving issues, coaching team members, or updating stakeholders. Ensure safety, training, and seamless execution of projects, keeping everything on schedule and on budget. What You Need to Join the Team: Required: 2-5 years of fixture installation and/or retail construction experience. 2+ years of experience managing multi-site operations. 2+ years of leading projects in national big-box retail stores. Bonus Points if You Have: A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field. Experience managing multi-state operations. Hands-on experience meeting with corporate clients. Proficiency in project management software like Cruxos. Work Hard, Play Hard (What to Expect): Every day is different—be ready to adapt to shifting business and client needs. Some night and weekend work may be required—because excellence doesn’t sleep! Work in both office settings and on-site at client locations. Travel up to 75% nationwide travel. Get ready to explore!
