Physician Assistant (PT/Hourly)

Overview Per Diem Seeking Physician Assistants to Join Our Denver, CO Practice - Apply Today? Responsibilities Level II and Level III NICU Coverage 24 Hour Inhouse NICU Shift OR 12 Hour shift NBN/Delivery Role: 7am-7pm, attends all high risk deliveries, rounds well-newborns, assists in Level III NICU as needed. Provides downtime coverage to 23-Hour NNP in level III NICU for 2-4 hours in the afternoon. Qualifications Current Certification through National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) Minimum of a Master’s Degree CO Active License or Eligible to Obtain CO License Minimum of 3 Years Post Graduate Experience in Level II/Level III NICU (New Grads not eligible) Hands On Experience in Ob/Gyn and/or Neonatology in Hospital Setting Benefits and Compensation Pediatrix does cover per diem staff travel expenses (round trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) for those who reside outside a commutable distance from the practice. This position is W-2. Compensation: The pay for this position starts at $65.00/hour Our benefits include for Per Diem members: Employee Assistance Malpractice Insurance, Plus tail coverage. PTO: Per diem team members are not eligible for PTO. Holidays: Per diem team members are not eligible for company holidays. Other compensation: Per diem team members are not eligible for other compensation.
