HCSC is seeking a Customer Service Analyst to analyze, resolve, expedite, and coordinate processing of telephone and written inquiries. The role includes coaching customer service advocates, processors, and/or examiners on job and unit-specific procedures. The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED with 2 years of health care or insurance customer service experience, strong communication, and data entry skills.
