Senior Engagement Lead / Client Partner – Investment Management (Data, Analytics & AI) Location: New York / New Jersey (3 days per week on-site in Newark) Compensation: Up to ~$300k total comp (flexible for exceptional talent) A global leader in enterprise Data, Analytics and AI is scaling its Investment Management practice — and is hiring a Senior Engagement Lead / Client Partner to drive strategic transformation within one of the world’s top investment management firms. The Opportunity As the Engagement Lead / Client Partner, you will be the strategic advisor to C‑suite and senior executives, helping them identify high‑value opportunities where AI, Data Science and Analytics can reshape investment workflows and operating models. Lead and expand a high‑value, long‑term relationship with a Tier‑1 investment manager Identify gaps, use cases and opportunities — and pitch these into projects Shape the transformation agenda within the account Build scalable offerings within the asset management vertical Mentor and grow analytics and consulting teams This is not a new‑logo sales role — it’s a strategic growth and delivery leadership role within an established, high‑value account. What You’ll Bring 12–17+ years’ experience in investment management or financial markets Strong domain expertise (ideally asset and growth investing) Executive maturity and the ability to influence senior stakeholders Proven experience leading analytics, AI or data transformation initiatives Ability to bridge commercial, technical and strategic conversations Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of creating value within complex accounts Ideal backgrounds include: Executive Directors / MDs within investment management analytics, AI, data or transformation groups at top institutions (e.g., JPM, GS, large AMs), or senior leaders from consulting with deep IM domain expertise.
