Associate Project Manager

Supporting project planning and business analysis, the remote Associate Professional Project Manager will coordinate small to medium-sized projects, facilitate stakeholder communication, and develop foundational skills in delivery execution while working towards future PMP certification. Key responsibilities Support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects to meet business goals and timelines Translate stakeholder discussions into clear, actionable decisions, issues, and meeting minutes Monitor project progress, risks, and budgets while providing timely updates and escalating issues as needed Required qualifications Background in business, IT, engineering, or a related field with exposure to Business Analysis and/or Project Management practices Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong communication skills Disciplined in tracking action items and managing follow-ups Exposure to project management methodologies, tools, and budgeting Interest in pursuing PMP or similar certifications
