Primary Care RN or LPN

Our Primary Care Nurse is a newly created role for the clinics. In this position the nurse will work closely with the Providers and manage triage calls/messages for the clinic. They will have the option to move hybrid after training is complete.

Position Details:

Primary Care RN or LPN - Mercy Clinic Internal Medicine - Sullivan

1326 South Service Road West
Sullivan, MO 63080

Schedule: Monday - Friday

No weekends or holidays!

**Must complete three months of on-site training prior to transitioning to a hybrid work-from-home schedule. After training, this role follows a 50/50 hybrid model, with full-time (1.0 FTE) co-workers expected to work on-site five days per pay period. Must also be available to attend monthly on-site clinic meetings.**

LPN Qualifications:

Education: Diploma in Practical Nursing

Licensure: Active LPN license

Experience: 2-3 years of experience strongly preferred

RN Qualifications:

Education : Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing, Graduation from registered nursing program, bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN), OR 4 years of commensurate experience in lieu of the bachelor's degree

Licensure: Active RN license

Experience: 2-3 years of experience strongly preferred

Highly Preferred Skills:

Proficiency with Epic EMR system.

Timely and thorough patient triage skills.

Computer competency (most of this position will be computer work).

Excellent time management and prioritization.

Adaptability in a new and changing environment.
