The Opportunity: The Regional Practice Director provides strategic, operational, and people leadership across assigned practices within a defined geographic region. This role is responsible for driving performance, ensuring operational excellence, and partnering closely with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders to deliver high‑quality results aligned with organizational goals. This is a highly visible leadership role requiring significant on‑site presence and close collaboration with practice and hospital leadership.
