Pediatric Physical Therapist

The position is for a Pediatric Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting. The therapist will treat approximately 8-10 patients per day. Common diagnoses include developmental delay, autism, torticollis, and orthopedic conditions. The role primarily involves outpatient care, with potential opportunities for early intervention. Occasional assistance with inpatient acute care may be required. The facility features a warm water therapy pool. Flexibility in scheduling is offered, with the ability to schedule individual patients. Blocked time is designated for inpatient evaluations and documentation. Shifts are typically four 10-hour days from Monday to Thursday, with guaranteed hours of 36 but potential for up to 40. Very rare weekend on-call duties are expected. The dress code is scrubs or business casual. Department-specific orientation will take place in the first week. The charting system used is EPIC. Candidates must possess current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
