Framer/Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled Framer/Carpenter to join our team, specializing in the construction of modular building units. This role requires expertise in framing, carpentry, and the ability to effectively use hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform framing on modular building units using appropriate techniques.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Accurately read and interpret tape measures.
• Stand for the duration of the shift and be comfortable climbing ladders.
• Collaborate effectively within a team to meet project goals.

Essential Skills

• Prior experience in framing and finish carpentry.
• Proficiency in using tape measures and interpreting measurements.
• Ability to read and understand building schematics and blueprints.
• Mechanical aptitude and a solid understanding of construction principles.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in commercial construction and rough carpentry.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Work Environment

Work in a modular building manufacturing facility. The environment is a covered building without air conditioning or heating.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aumsville, OR.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
