Contract | 13 Weeks | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | Sunday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM | 40 Hours/Week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient physical therapy evaluation and treatment within an acute care hospital setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
• Document patient progress, treatment notes, and clinical outcomes in accordance with facility standards
• Maintain compliance with credentialing requirements, ensuring all documentation is submitted on time

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia Physical Therapist (PT) license required
• Inpatient, acute care experience required
• Experience in a large hospital or high-volume facility required
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a major academic or teaching medical center
• Strong documentation and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment
