Job Description/Responsibilities: Recreation Staff provide exceptional customer service while ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and smooth operation of the Fitness Center, Community Center, Pools, and Marina. They assist with front desk duties, support community activities, and share accurate information with members and guests.Greet and assist members, answer phones, and provide information to customersEnforce facility rules and check in membersProcess Access Card applications, sell gym passes and locker rentals, and handle other transactionsOpen and close facilities as scheduled, ensuring cleanliness and organizationMaintain equipment, stock supplies, and keep common areas tidyComplete daily cleaning tasksAssist with event setup and support clubs, vendors, and fitness instructorsWork with pool staff, manage pool entry, and maintain wait lists
