What You Will Do Perform physical inventory counts based on daily and weekly ABC cycle count schedules Audit system inventory records and verify accuracy against physical inventory Identify and communicate inventory discrepancies to the Inventory Integrity Coordinator and Supervisor Participate in meetings to review findings, corrective actions, and process improvements Support ongoing evaluation of inventory accuracy processes and recommend improvements Investigate recurring inventory discrepancies to identify root causes, providing support at Level I and leading efforts at Level II Track, follow up on, and oversee corrective actions, with Level II ensuring resolution effectiveness and reevaluating as needed Contribute to and drive process improvements related to inventory accuracy, with Level II recommending and leading enhancements to inventory integrity practices Who You Are Detail oriented and methodical, with a strong focus on accuracy Comfortable working with data and identifying patterns or inconsistencies Clear and professional communicator who can share findings with others Curious and proactive, with an interest in improving processes Able to work independently while also collaborating with a team What You Will Need Level I High School diploma required. College degree or specialized training in materials, inventory, or a related field preferred. 1-3 years of experience in inventory, materials, or a related area. Level II High School diploma required. College degree or specialized training in materials, inventory, or a related field preferred. 3-5 years of experience in inventory, materials, or a related area.
