Location: Encino CA Hybrid. Enjoy working alongside our team in the office Monday through Thursday with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.

Note : Candidates must have 1 years of professional tax return preparation experience hands-on experience with CCH Axcess Tax or ProSystem fx Tax and CCH Engagement and the ability to work in our Encino office Monday through Thursday.

Job Description

• Prepare federal and state tax returns for individuals high-net-worth clients trusts partnerships and S corporations.
• Manage tax preparation assignments from start to finish ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Utilize CCH Axcess Tax or ProSystem fx Tax and CCH Engagement to prepare and organize tax engagements.
• Collaborate with experienced CPAs on tax planning compliance and complex client needs.
• Research tax matters help resolve questions and support multistate tax filings.
• Maintain organized workpapers meet deadlines and communicate effectively with our team.

Qualifications

• 1 years of professional tax preparation experience preferably in a CPA or public accounting firm.
• Hands-on experience with CCH Axcess Tax or ProSystem fx Tax and CCH Engagement.
• Experience preparing individual tax returns and exposure to trusts partnerships or S corporations.
• Strong organizational skills attention to detail and ability to manage assignments independently.
• Accounting degree and CPA license or CPA candidacy preferred but not required.
• Multistate tax preparation experience is a plus.
