Cognac, a vibrant and welcoming establishment in Saint Petersburg, FL, is searching for a dedicated and experienced Lead Host to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with at least one year of experience in a similar position who is ready to take the lead in ensuring smooth front-of-house operations.

As the Lead Host, you will be the first and last impression for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. Your day-to-day duties will include warmly greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring efficient seating arrangements to optimize the flow of service. You’ll also oversee the host team, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service standards are met. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with the management and service teams to address guest needs and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

We’re looking for someone with the following qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in a host or similar role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage reservations and seating logistics effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and support team members.
• A friendly, professional demeanor and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Compensation for this role will be discussed during the interview process and will be based on experience and qualifications.
