HHA/PCA

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable individual to provide personal care and supportive daily living assistance in a home-based setting. The ideal candidate will help promote comfort, safety, and independence while delivering respectful, high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting as needed
• Support mobility and transfers while following safe handling practices
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, and general household organization
• Help with medication reminders and routine daily activities according to care guidelines
• Observe and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to the appropriate supervisor or care team
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for the individual receiving care
• Follow care plans, agency policies, and all applicable privacy and safety requirements

Qualifications

• Previous experience in home care, personal care, or a related support role is preferred
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered assistance
• Strong communication skills and a respectful, professional approach
• Ability to follow instructions, care plans, and safety procedures
• Dependability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Physical ability to assist with common care-related tasks
• Relevant certification, training, or licensure may be required based on assignment and local regulations
