The CNA collaborates with the hospice care team to meet patient needs, promote comfort and dignity, and report changes in condition. The CNA follows all Company policies, procedures, safety guidelines, and infection-control practices.QualificationsCompassionate and committed to improving patients' quality of lifeAbility to work collaboratively with Nurses, Social Workers, Chaplains, Volunteers, and Aide LeadershipComfortable working one-on-one with patients while being supported by a dedicated care teamAble to work independently and manage daily responsibilitiesWillingness to travel with reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current auto insuranceCurrent CNA certification in the state(s) of MinnesotaEagerness to pursue additional certifications, education, and career growth opportunitiesMust be at least 18 years of age
