Construction Project Manager

$73 - $78 per hour

CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER (ONSITE | SAN JOSE, CA)

We are actively seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for an immediate backfill on a high-visibility project. This is a fully onsite role supporting multiple capital projects with strong potential for extension.

Location: San Jose, CA (100% onsite)
Pay Rate: $73-$78/hr. (flexible depending on experience)
Duration: 8 month assignment with potential for extension or conversion

Project Overview:

Twin Peaks Project: Starts May, completes September (smaller scope)
Denali Project: Starts September, runs through mid-2026 (large-scale)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead construction management, safety, and quality across capital projects
Oversee contractors, schedules, budgets, and compliance
Drive zero-incident safety culture and ensure adherence to standards
Manage bidding, contracts, change orders, and project reporting
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and inspectors

Must-Have Qualifications:

10+ years of construction management experience (commercial required)
Proven experience with clean rooms and chemical production installations
Strong background working on projects in California
OSHA 30 certification (required)
Experience with ASME, ACI, and construction standards
Skilled in accident investigations and reporting
First Aid & CPR certified
Proficient in MS Office tools
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field
