Full Time Associate Veterinarian

Position Associate Veterinarian – In-Home at Lap of Love, Boston, MA and surrounding areas. About the Role Provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care to pets and families in their homes. Work independently while receiving ongoing training, mentorship, and support from a community of more than 400 veterinarians. Compensation 4‑day positions start at $117,500, 5‑day positions at $140,000 base salary plus bonus opportunities. 3‑day full‑time and part‑time opportunities available with prorated compensation. Responsibilities Provide hospice and euthanasia care to animals and families in home settings. Manage on‑site visits, patient examinations, and procedures. Maintain accurate visit documentation and treatment plans. Collaborate with support staff and practice managers to ensure quality care. Requirements Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS). Valid U.S. driver’s license. Availability to work some weekends. Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
