Were hiring a Dual Assistant General Manager to support operations at the Hampton Inn & Homewood Suites Teaneck in Teaneck.
This role is ideal for a hands-on hospitality leader ready to elevate performance across a dual-brand propertybalancing operational excellence, team leadership, and guest satisfaction at scale.
- Drive day-to-day operations across two complementary brands
- Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams
- Partner with the General Manager to deliver strong financial and service results
- Ensure a seamless, consistent guest experience across both hotels
Located just outside New York City, Teaneck offers the perfect mix of accessibility and livabilitygiving you proximity to one of the worlds top markets without the daily intensity.
What You'll Do
- Act as the General Managers co-captain and lead the day-to-day operations within the hotel.
- Focus on guest and event satisfaction, associate engagement, profitability, and operational audits to ensure optimal results for both the hotel and food & beverage.
- Prioritize associate training and development within your hotel and help associates be their best self, day after day.
- Foster meaningful relationships with associates that align with our culture to help the hotel meet retention and internal promotion goals.
- Learn something new everyday to help grow your skill set and prepare for your next leadership role with White Lodging.
What You'll Bring

- Past leadership experience in Food and Beverage and/or department head Room Operations experience is required.
