Analyst, Data & Intelligence Strategy

As an Analyst at Zeno, you will straddle the intersection between numbers and messages to help your clients leverage data to best tell their story in a creative, clear, and concise way. You will learn to utilize tools and strategies to translate news, raw data, and information into valuable business insights and optimization suggestions. In addition, you will work closely with PR workstreams in order to implement data-driven recommendations generated through proprietary in-house learnings at scale and across multiple clients. Our work is ultimately aimed at guiding strategic decisions for clients, uncovering insights and real-time optimization opportunities that impact the bottom line.

About The Role:

• Manage reporting projects with account teams and analytics leads, ensuring delivery on time and budget.
• Take ownership of projects, maintaining accuracy and timeliness, managing workload and bandwidth effectively, communicating proactively with leads and manager.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal teams.
• Begin developing expertise in specific analytics tools and assist peers in skill-building.
• Own reports from data collection to presentation, coordinating internal communication and review.
• Ensure data accuracy, identifying and resolving inconsistencies independently. Perform QA on large datasets, merging and aggregating data from multiple sources to create cohesive cross-channel views.
• Tailor communication to different stakeholders (e.g., internal teams, account leads), considering their needs and level of understanding.
• Participate in client meetings with confidence, delivering updates and insights with clarity and poise.

About You:

• 2+ years in analytics, insights, media intelligence, or communications measurement within PR, marketing research, or agency/consulting.
• Collaborative spirit, results driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work against deadlines.
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and exceptional interpersonal skills are a must, including the ability to present findings to senior stakeholders.
• Excel and PowerPoint proficiency is a must.
• Detail-oriented, highly analytical, and curious about consumer behavior, culture, and emerging trends.
• Ability to think creatively, navigate ambiguity, adjust direction quickly, and deliver under rapid-turnaround conditions.
• Experience with data visualization tools, i.e. Tableau, PowerBI a plus.
• Experience with paid digital media analytics a plus.
• Must be pro-active, and able to operate effectively both independently and within a team.
• Passion for digital, staying abreast of evolving trends and emerging platforms.
• Strong organizational skills.

Pay Range: $60,000-$ 70,000 USD/yr

An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
