**About the Role:**

* As a Laundry Worker, you will be responsible for washing, drying, and folding linens, clothing, and other items for our residents
* Ensure that all laundry is completed in a timely and efficient manner to meet the needs of our residents and staff
* Maintain a clean and organized laundry area, adhering to infection control standards and protocols
* Work effectively as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of the laundry department
* Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor or designee

**Responsibilities:**

* Wash, dry, and fold linens, clothing, and other items for our residents
* Operate industrial laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, and folders
* Sort and categorize laundry items according to type and fabric
* Maintain accurate records of laundry activities, including inventory and usage

* Collaborate with other department staff to ensure that laundry meets the needs of our residents and staff
