Creekside Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team at our busy community pharmacy in California. This is a part-time position with the potential to grow into full-time for the right candidate. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, dependable, and licensed in the state of California.

Pharmacy Technician Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing medications.
• Accurately enter and process prescription information.
• Maintain patient records and confidentiality.
• Handle insurance claims and prior authorizations.
• Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and team members.
• Manage inventory, stock medications, and ensure proper storage.
• Perform daily operational tasks to support pharmacy workflow.

Pharmacy Technician Requirements:

• Active and clear California Pharmacy Technician license (required).
• Previous retail pharmacy experience preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Customer service oriented.
• Flexible availability, with willingness to increase hours as the role transitions toward full-time.
