ServiceNow SPM Developer (Strategic Portfolio Management)

Location : Remote Key Responsibilities ServiceNow SPM Development Configure and customize ServiceNow SPM modules, including: Demand Management Project Management Program Management Agile Development Resource Management Strategic Planning Workspace Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) Investment Funding Develop and maintain: Intake workflows Demand assessment processes Project and program templates Resource allocation and forecasting models Financial tracking solutions Configure roadmap planning, portfolio hierarchies, funding models, and strategic objectives. Support business stakeholders with solution enhancements, troubleshooting, and optimisation initiatives. ServiceNow Platform Development Develop custom solutions using: Business Rules Script Includes Client Scripts ACLs Scheduled Jobs Flow Designer IntegrationHub Build and support: Workspaces UI Builder Pages Custom Applications Develop scalable and maintainable solutions following ServiceNow best practices. Participate in platform upgrades and instance health improvement initiatives. AI and Innovation Responsibilities Leverage ServiceNow AI capabilities including: Now Assist Generative AI AI Search Virtual Agent Utilize AI-assisted development to accelerate: Requirement analysis Story creation Unit testing Documentation Identify opportunities to automate manual portfolio and project management activities using AI-driven solutions. Support implementation of AI-powered project summarization, risk identification, forecasting, and recommendation engines. Required Qualifications Experience 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience. 3+ years of hands‑on experience implementing ServiceNow SPM solutions. Experience working in Agile delivery environments. Experience with enterprise workflow automation and integrations.
