Step into a day working side‑by‑side with a cobot

Imagine clocking in, greeting your collaborative robot partner, and loading the first set of parts. A few taps on a touchscreen launches the cycle. While the cell runs, you keep an eye on indicators, swap in fresh materials, verify assemblies, and flag anything unusual to a teammate. You finish the shift with a clean, organized workstation and the satisfaction of meeting production goals. If you’ve built, fixed, or assembled things before—or if game controllers and on‑screen menus feel natural—you’ll feel right at home here.

Training first—no coding needed

We’ll teach you everything you need to know about running the cobot safely and efficiently. No robotics, coding, or programming experience is required.

What you’ll handle

• Operate collaborative robots and associated production equipment
• Load and unload components and raw materials
• Start, oversee, and complete production cycles
• Perform basic assembly steps and in‑process quality checks
• Spot issues and alert the right team member promptly
• Maintain a tidy, safe, and organized work area
• Follow standard work instructions and hit production targets

Schedule

• First shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
• Second shift: Four 10‑hour days per week, with a 20% shift premium

Pay

$17.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on experience.
