Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Embroidery Machine Operator to join our production team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on, precision-based work and wants to contribute to creating high-quality embroidered products for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Operate multi-head embroidery machines (SINSIM)
• Hoop and prepare garments, hats, and other items for embroidery.
• Load designs, adjust thread colors, set stitch counts, and ensure proper alignment.
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Perform routine machine maintenance such as threading, tension adjustments, and cleaning.
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals.
• Keep work area organized, clean, and safe.
• Communicate any machine issues, supply needs, or production delays to management.

Qualifications

• Experience operating commercial embroidery machines.
• Strong attention to detail and eye for quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Basic computer skills for loading and managing embroidery files.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliability, punctuality, and positive attitude required.
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard for quality of work

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Experience with embroidery software (e.g., Wilcom, Pulse, Hatch).
• Knowledge of thread types, stabilizers, hooping techniques, and machine troubleshooting.
• Prior experience in garment decoration, screen printing, etc
