Epidemiology Summer Intern 2027
Johnson & Johnson
Johnson & Johnson seeks an epidemiology summer intern to support oncology research and clinical development. The role involves assisting with study design, protocol development, literature reviews, and analysis of disease natural history and safety data.
Responsibilities
- Identify research study needs and assist with proposal and protocol drafting
- Support database feasibility assessments and conduct analyses across product development
- Perform literature reviews and assist with study design and data resource evaluation
- Research disease natural history and conduct statistical risk assessment using clinical trial and observational data
Requirements
- Currently pursuing PhD or Master's degree in epidemiology or related field
- Understanding and ability to interpret quantitative methods
- Minimum 3.75 GPA
- Authorized to work in U.S. without visa sponsorship requirements
- Actively enrolled in academic program throughout internship
- 2+ years epidemiology research experience (preferred)
- Experience writing observational study protocols and methods sections (preferred)
