Sr. Pricing Analyst

Job Overview The Senior Pricing Analyst supports regional customer pricing and executes pricing strategies within McKesson Pharmaceutical Solutions & Services. The role collaborates with Regional Sales to analyze customer profitability, build pricing models, and monitor competitive landscape. The candidate must build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to inform pricing decisions. Key Responsibilities Perform customer level profitability analysis for complex regional customers. Provide financial analyses to determine profitability at customer, program and item levels and lead ad hoc analyses for Finance and Sales. Identify opportunities for business development through strong sales and customer relationships to maximize share of wallet. Manage multiple projects in a highly matrixed environment. Minimum Requirement Degree and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience. Education Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field; equivalent experience acceptable. Critical Skills 4+ years in accounting, finance, analytics or similar. Understanding of P&L, ROI, scenario analysis, trend and break‑even analysis. Ability to build moderate to complex pricing models. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong project management skills with ability to manage competing priorities. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation skills. Uses judgement within defined policies and practices. Ability to navigate complex issues and translate financial data into actionable recommendations to senior leadership. Salary Annual base salary range: $82,700 – $137,900 USD with 5% MIP. Target salary 100‑105K with 5% MIP. Physical Requirements This hybrid role requires at least two days per week on-site at the Las Colinas office, with remaining days remote.
