Responsibilities

Lead design and development of our booking engine, CRM integrations, and web portal using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (operations, marketing, spa staff) to translate business needs into scalable software solutions
Conduct code reviews, enforce quality standards, and maintain documentation
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize our services for reliability and performance
Stay up to date on Java ecosystem trends and spa-tech best practices

Qualifications

Located in (or willing to relocate to) the Austin area
3+ years' experience as a Java Developer, with Spring framework proficiency
Solid grasp of RESTful APIs, relational databases (MySQL/Postgres), and ORM (Hibernate)
Familiarity with CRM concepts and third-party integrations
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
