Registered Nurse - ICU

$2570.40/week - Job Summary: Provide specialized rapid response nursing care in the ICU, supporting critically ill adult patients with high acuity conditions. This role involves quick assessment, intervention, and collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions rapidly upon admission and continuously monitor vital signs and symptoms. Administer medications, including drips and advanced therapies such as balloon pumps, CRRT, ECMO, and hypothermia protocols. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Document clinical interventions accurately in the electronic medical record system. Respond swiftly to patient emergencies, providing immediate clinical support. Maintain compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and safety standards. Qualifications: Valid RN license in the state of practice. Minimum of 1 year of current hospital ICU experience. Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications required. Preferred: TNCC certification and experience in trauma or large trauma facilities. Demonstrated proficiency in managing complex post-surgical and trauma patients.
