Paint Manager Position
Osterville Hardware is a small-town hardware store rooted in excellent customer service. Our friendly and helpful staff has been a staple of the community since 1944, building relationships and helping solve our customer's problems. We have a fun work environment that encourages creative thinking and problem solving.

- Operating paint tinting and mixing machines
- Operating a point of sales system
- Stocking shelves
- Cleaning the store and organizing products
- Learning and offering product knowledge
- Assisting in the operations and goals of the store

Daily duties include arriving on the sales floor ready to work at your scheduled time, collecting a radio at the paint counter and announcing your arrival to the team, reviewing the daily task sheet, checking in with your management team, assisting the customers and performing your assigned duties, assisting in finding solutions to customers' problems, walking the sales floor daily to see any changes and new products, communicating effectively with your team as needed, managing your department, before leaving for the day checking in with your management team, and announcing when you are leaving for the day to your team.
Our mission is to exceed all expectations, to grow, improve and have fun doing it! Compensation is $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year.
