Role Overview The Retail Associate delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights. Home game shifts are considered a core responsibility of the position and may include pre-game, in-game, and post-game operational support. Fan & Customer Impact (Obsessed with Fans) Greet fans and ask questions to help make their shopping experience an enjoyable one Make recommendations based on observations and conversations with fans Help execute a brand connection by ensuring fans enjoy a top‑notch shopping experience Maintain sales floor and/or stockroom standards with an eye to detail Ownership & Execution (Determined & Relentless Mindset) Process sales transactions via the Fanatics Point of Sale System (POS) Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and customer service to ensure the Fanatics Brand and Team/League are always positively represented Perform additional responsibilities as directed by the management team Innovation & Problem Solving (Entrepreneurial Spirit) Identify opportunities to improve processes, products, or fan experiences Apply creative thinking and new approaches to solve complex challenges Act with urgency and adapt quickly in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment Team & Leadership Impact (Build Championship Teams) Collaborate cross‑functionally to drive shared goals and team outcomes Build strong partnerships across the organization to deliver results Required Qualifications CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE YOU BRING Must be at least 18 years of age Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, home games, and special events Reliable attendance and punctuality Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout scheduled shifts, as well as lift, carry, and move merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Fanatics brand positively Education High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred The salary range represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
