Primary Care Physician OpportunityCenterWell / Conviva Primary Care, a subsidiary of Humana Inc., is looking for a primary care physician for our clinic in Jupiter, Florida. You will have the opportunity to take a hands-on approach, addressing patient needs inside the exam room and look beyond to understand how social determinants of health are affecting health outcomes. This role will be onsite and in-person at the Conviva University Blvd Clinic in Jupiter, Florida.A day in the life of a CenterWell physicianMonday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pmJoin an experienced team with an established patient panelSee 14-17 patients per day. Opportunity to spend more time with patientsLonger authorized appointments (45 minutes)Spend 100% of your time clinically focused on direct patient care, inclusive of patient-facing time and general administrative time as it relates to direct patient careRequired QualificationsDoctor of Medicine or Osteopathic MedicineBoard certified or board eligible in Geriatric Medicine, Family Medicine or Internal MedicineValid, unrestricted license in the state of desired employment (or willing to obtain)Current, unrestricted DEA licenseIf selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TBPreferred Qualifications:Minimum of two+ years of experience1+ years of experience managing Medicare Advantage panel of patientsKnowledge of Medicare guidelines and coverage.Knowledge of HEDIS quality indicators.Fluent in Spanish and EnglishAdditional Information:Language Proficiency Testing: any associate who speaks with a member in a language other than English must take a language proficiency assessment, provided by an outside vendor, to ensure competency. Applicants will be required to take the Interagency Language Rating (ILR) test as provided by the Federal Government.Scheduled Weekly Hours40Pay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$255,000 - $298,500 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
