Medical Lab Scientist

Piedmont Healthcare is seeking a Medical Lab Scientist to join our night shift team supporting patient-centered care across our healthcare system. In this role, you will perform a full range of moderate and high-complexity testing in areas such as hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and blood bank. Responsibilities include accurate specimen processing, instrument operation and maintenance, documentation, and strict adherence to CAP/CLIA regulations and quality control standards. You’ll collaborate with nurses and providers, report critical values promptly, and contribute to a culture of respect, innovation, and continuous professional growth.
