Registered Nurse - Telemetry

Job Description

Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring and support. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care during night shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' cardiovascular status and monitor vital signs regularly.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
• Respond promptly to clinical alarms and patient emergencies.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and update care plans.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, safety standards, and documentation requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active and valid Registered Nurse license.
• Possess at least 1 year of recent telemetry nursing experience.
• Be BLS and ACLS certified.
• Demonstrate excellent assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
• Maintain compliance with local travel and licensing requirements.
