In this role, you’ll serve as a key representative of our company delivering high-quality refurbished rubber and urethane rollers while building strong relationships with customers across the Midwest and Canada. What You’ll Do - Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle on regional and cross-border routes (U.S. & Canada) - Pick up and deliver industrial rollers, ensuring proper handling and protection - Serve as a customer-facing representative, building relationships at delivery and pickup locations - Communicate customer feedback and opportunities to internal teams - Coordinate delivery schedules with dispatch and plant operations - Assist with loading/unloading and verify shipment accuracy - Maintain logs, inspections, and DOT compliance - Represent the company professionally at all times What We’re Looking For - Valid CDL Class A license - Ability to travel to/from Canada (passport or required documentation) - Clean driving record and active Clearinghouse status - 2+ years of commercial driving experience preferred - Strong navigation skills (GPS, routes, directions) - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to learn) - Dependable, safety-focused, and professional - Ability to meet physical job requirements Pay & Benefits - $0.65 – $0.70 per mile (based on experience) - $35 per stop - Weekly pay - Additional earning opportunities (detention, performance incentives) - Average annual earnings: $70,000 – $85,000+ Benefits Include: - Medical, Dental, Vision insurance - 401(k) with company match - Paid Time Off - Company-provided uniforms & PPE - Modern equipment (Conestoga trailers) - Stable, growing company with long-term opportunity Schedule & Travel - Regional routes across the Midwest and into Canada - 1–3 overnights per week - Home on weekends
