We have partnered with a 100 unit apartment complex in Orangeburg who is in need of additional Maintenance help!  There are 2 openings.
Maintenance Techs are responsibilities for ensuring apartments are move-in ready, general clean up around the property and completing work orders.

The hours are 8am - 5pm Monday-Friday and paying $23/hour

Responsibilities:

• Light Plumbing (leaky faucets, snaking drains, installing new toilets, caulking)
• Light Electrical (changing fixtures, switches)
• Painting
• Drywall Patching
• Clean Up

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle physical workload

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
