This position requires the ability to manage crisis situations and coordinate code management. Knowledge of infection control and regulatory requirements is essential. Familiarity with managing new admissions, post-surgery, and transfers to higher levels of care is required. The role involves working closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and quality care. Weekend shifts are required on a rotating basis. The nurse must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays during the contract period. All interested candidates should prepare to provide references covering 1 year of experience within the last 3 years. Flexibility to float between units may be required.
