Authorized Officer, Asset Management Analyst

UBS Realty Investors LLC seeks an Authorized Officer, Asset Management Analyst in San Francisco, CA. Responsibilities Conduct research and provide support for real estate team initiatives, portfolio strategy discussions, and operational improvements. Assist in evaluating property performance relative to competition and objectives established in the annual operating plan (market repositioning, tenant retention programs, lease expiration and capital improvement management). Assist in due diligence of potential acquisitions, including expense analysis, lease and underwriting review, and cash flow modeling. Assist in property dispositions, analyze potential sales price, interact with sales brokers, and prepare internal Investment Committee brief. Lead special assignments as needed to support the Asset Management team. Work in a hybrid model (in‑office/remote). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Management, Engineering (any), Economics, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Management Analyst, Associate, or a related occupation. Strong financial analysis skills, including monitoring asset operating performance, preparing reports (Hold/Sells analyses, valuation reviews, internal forecasts). Experience with market data, operations data, leasing, capital planning, and Excel modeling. Ability to develop property‑level annual operating budgets and business plans.
